Forbes + Associates Broker/Owner, Noelle Forbes started her career in the Real Estate industry in early 2000. During her time in this industry, she has been involved in Residential Real Estate, Real Estate Office Management, New Home Sales, Escrow Sales and Transaction Coordinating. The combination of these experiences has provided her with the skill and expertise to manage large numbers of transactions through closing, as well as the ability to leverage her time for the most productive and efficient work environment for her Associates, vendors and clients.

 

In 2011, she founded Forbes + Associates, a woman-owned and operated business and in 2015, Noelle decided to grow the Company and began recruiting exceptional Associates to become part of the Sales Team. She opened the flag-ship office in Dana Point, California in June 2016, with second location opened in Savannah, Georgia in 2021.

 

Her goal was to create a boutique Brokerage, with a recognizable name; a Company unlike the “big brand” offices, where Agents wouldn’t feel like just another number. She wanted to build a Brokerage where the Associates were all valued equally for their contribution to the Company; where fees were transparent, capped commission was a must and Associates could expect direct communication with the Broker when needed. She wanted to foster a Team environment, where the Agents could not only grow in their real estate business, but also where they could participate in meaningful ways in their local communities to be of service to others, along side their fellow Associates.

 

This is the construct of Forbes + Associates today; a Brokerage that continues to grow and evolve along with the ever changing Real Estate market and industry as a whole.
